PSA develops qualification offers and shows qualification opportunities that are ultimately transferable to other sectors. In the future, special attention will be given to cross-sector offers, since these offers also promote understanding and communication with one another, depending on the reality of the construction site.
It describes quality standards and units of learning outcomes at levels 1-6 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). As a result, educational offers are developed that make statements about how the results can be achieved.
The aim is to ensure that appropriate proportions of WBL (work-based learning), digital and green skills as well as cross-border mobility are included in order to enable or optimize customer and market-oriented action.
The recognition of prior learning (RPL) and the correct allocation to levels 1-6 of the EQF is carried out with the help of transparent assessment mechanisms. To learn country-specific skills and competencies, transnational joint programs are being developed in which learners can complete training and further education periods at various European learning locations.
The implementation of a high quality standard with regard to the qualification offers is monitored by an expert committee of the umbrella organization UNIEP. It goes without saying that all relevant national regulations are observed and complied with.
